What it costs
Fees are charged per unit, not per year. You pay for what you enrol in, and you can spread the course over as long as you need to.

There’s no application fee and no enrolment fee. Learning materials are included. You may need to buy nothing else, though the IT diploma assumes you have a computer capable of running development software.
How FEE-HELP works
FEE-HELP is an Australian Government loan scheme for students in full fee paying places at approved higher education providers. It isn’t a scholarship and it isn’t free money, but it does mean you don’t need the fee up front.
You’ll generally be eligible if you
- are an Australian citizen, a New Zealand Special Category Visa holder meeting the residency criteria, or a permanent humanitarian visa holder
- are enrolled in an eligible course at an approved provider by the census date
- haven’t used up your HELP loan limit
- have a Unique Student Identifier and a Tax File Number
Two things worth knowing
There’s a 20 per cent loan fee on FEE-HELP for undergraduate level study at providers like us. On a A$2,040 unit that adds A$408 to your debt, so the unit costs A$2,448 in HELP terms. The loan fee doesn’t count towards your loan limit.
For census dates in 2026 the HELP loan limit is A$129,883 for most students, which is well above the cost of either diploma.

You start repaying through the tax system once your income passes the compulsory repayment threshold, which is A$67,000 for the 2025 to 2026 income year. Repayment rates are set by the ATO and change annually.
Refunds and the census date
The census date is the single most important date in your enrolment. Withdraw before it and you owe nothing for that unit. Withdraw after it and you’re liable for the fee whether or not you complete the unit. Census dates are published in your offer and in the learning platform.
If something serious happens outside your control, you can apply to have the fee remitted.
