What happens when you get stuck
The main reason people don't finish an online course isn't difficulty. It's the week where something else goes wrong and nobody notices they've stopped logging in.
Your student adviser
Allocated at enrolment and yours for the whole course. They handle enrolment changes, deadline extensions, and the conversation about whether to drop to part time.
Academic skills help
Referencing, structuring an argument, reading an assessment brief properly, and the maths refresher most people quietly need. Available before the assignment is due, not after it comes back.
Your unit educator
Each unit has a teaching staff member who answers content questions and marks your work.
Accessibility and adjustments
If you have a disability, a health condition or a caring responsibility that affects your study, tell us at enrolment and we'll put reasonable adjustments in place.
Technical support
For when the learning platform is the problem rather than the content.
Wellbeing referral
We're not a clinical service, but we can connect you with one, and we'll take the study pressure off while you sort it out.
Complaints and appeals
Every student can raise a complaint or appeal an academic decision, at no cost, without it affecting how they’re treated. The process has three stages: raise it informally with your adviser, escalate it formally in writing, then request an independent review.
If you’re still not satisfied after our internal process, you can take the matter to an external body.
Contact UsTalk to someone who knows the course
Enquiries go to a real person on our admissions team, not a queue. Tell us what you’re considering and we’ll come back to you within one business day with a straight answer, including when the course isn’t the right fit.
